FITNESS

Jiri (a lead instructor) has been training in so many sports for more than three decades and also study psychology, human body and body mechanics. That experience and skills helped him to design a unique fitness system. Jiri is also certified in: ACE certificates (personal trainer, senior fitness specialist, youth fitness specialist, fitness nutrition specialist).
